How to love discipline

There is no success without discipline.

The problem is that we have always experienced discipline as an external imposition from our parents, bosses, teachers, or any other authority figure, which often came with scolding or punishment.

If you went through what I did, that imposition awakened a sense of rebellion.

I didn't like discipline because I was taught to respect and fear it without really understanding it.

I was taught to have it, but not to want it.

After a lot of deconstruction, I finally managed to redefine discipline in my life, which has greatly helped me as a founder, leader, CEO, and parent.

💥 Today, discipline for me equals structured passion.

I now see discipline as a structured system that I voluntarily create so that I can experience, live, and fulfill my passions.

This system guides, channels, and provides a lane for my passion so that instead of it getting dissipated or lost, it gets manifested and achieved.

👉 Now, discipline excites me because it is where all my passion flows.

Today, I live and teach discipline to my team and family as a tool for excellence and as an empowering force, not as a tool for survival or as a limiting prison.

Live your discipline as an internal manifestation, not as an external imposition.
