Do you "need" to do it or do you "want" to do it?
The way you talk to yourself creates your reality.
"Do I 'need' to do it or do I 'want' to do it?"
Changing one word for the other radically changed my life.
When I said "I need to do this," I realized I was victimizing myself.
Saying "need" made me feel like the task was an imposition, an order, an instruction that I had to fulfill.
❌ Far from motivating me, it stressed me out. Each "need" put another brick on my back, making me feel like I was climbing an infinite staircase.
When I said "I want to do this," I realized I was empowering myself.
Saying "want" made me feel like the task was a desire, a voluntary decision, an opportunity to create, solve, and build.
✅ Far from stressing me out, it motivated me. Each "desire" removed a brick from my back, and the infinite staircase disappeared.
The task didn't change. Only one word changed.
👉 And word by word, you are building your reality.
Start today by silently changing "I need" to "I want." You might feel frustrated and want to give up. But move forward with self-love and patience.
Then shout it to the world and enjoy seeing just how many bricks start falling away.
