The way you talk to yourself creates your reality. "Do I 'need' to do it or do I 'want' to do it?" Changing one word for the other radically changed my life. When I said "I need to do this," I realized I was victimizing myself. Saying "need" made me feel like the task was an imposition, an order, an instruction that I had to fulfill.
