Like anybody connected to the business you’ve got to actively manage, set expectations and identify how best to create value for both parties as my observation is that it’s on the Advisor too to provide “tough love” to startups who need to realise they have two ears and one mouth 😁 #alwaysfun #makelifeinteresting
